The real behind-the-scenes footage of Melvin Anthony’s contest preparation before the NPC U.S.A. After placing 3rd in 1997, and second in 1998 (after a tie breaker between him and best friend Dennis James), Anthony was determined to do or die in 1999. Taped from 8 weeks prior to the contest through the day of the event (contest scenes and footage are not included). This is a very hardcore training video and lots of posing. This is his story and it’s one full of determination and sweat on the road to becoming the 1999 NPC Mr. USA overall champion.
