Is peace within really possible? We will practice gentle yoga exercise for all fitness levels and share transformational ancient stories of our new neuroscience of mind-body therapy.
Educational Objectives:
- Describe the 4 stages of the creative process with Buddha's 4 Noble Truths.
- Describe the 8 tenants of yoga in relationship with higher consciousness.
- Demonstrate where story fits within psychotherapy and therapeutic hypnosis.
