So here’s the deal
I’ve teamed up with the amazing fitness trainers, Brad and Jessica Gouthro, from Live Lean TV.
Brad and Jess are the go-to couple for anything related to:

- working out
- overall health
They’ve designed us an easy to follow, 6 week gym workout and meal plan, to tighten and tone up, for the new year.
The first workout of the challenge will be posted for us to complete December 1.
