Excellent timeless instruction for beginner and intermediate level Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners. The techniques are primarily gi focused, though there are multitude of principles and concepts that can be applied to nogi as well.Â

This out-of-print four DVD set made by Mobile Black Belt has the best production quality I have ever seen in BJJ instructionals. Each disc has its own menu so you can jump to a technique as a chapter; the sound, lighting and capture angles are super crisp and clear, and the packaging detail with table of contents and color scheming is a nice touch.
The discs are flawless, the cases have some normal, minor shelf wear.
