Guided by Polyvagal Theory we have a roadmap to find our way to regulation and engage the power of the nervous system to hold ourselves and others in care and compassion. From an anchor in regulation, we can travel the autonomic pathways of connection and send messages of safety out into the world. Watch Deb Dana in an exploration of the gifts and responsibilities of being a Polyvagal informed human.
