Have you ever wondered why your body, a miraculously designed organism meant to thrive, seems to be wasting away beneath an ever-growing cluster of symptoms, no matter what you do or try?
Or why, at this very moment, you might be missing out on the experiences you desire most? For example:
Please know, if this sounds like you, you’re not alone. And it’s not your fault. Don’t beat yourself up if you feel stuck, frustrated or simply confused about how to address so many challenges. If your health is compromised, the biggest problem you face is that it affects your mental and emotional wellbeing too. And that affects your outer life (not to mention your willpower and ability to correct it)…
When you lose your resilience to be able to bounce back and respond to life you also lose your vitality… your passion… your glow and thirst for life that not only feels amazing, but also draws others in towards you.
And so when you don’t feel your best — and when your body can’t operate at its best — your entire life, your goals and dreams, and all your relationships are also affected.
Wouldn’t it feel great to finally put your foot down and say NO to such a life from here on out? Isn’t it time to reclaim your life and body, and transform all that holds your body back so that you can embrace all that life has to offer?
If your answer is yes, I have good news for you:
No Matter How Many Health Challenges You Face, There is a SINGLE Answer to Improving Health & Vitality!
If you want to increase energy… conquer infection… lose weight and keep it off… correct disease… (or all the above!) the only true, lasting solution is to correct and heal your gut.
Why? Because all disease begins in the gut. The body cannot heal or repair itself if it cannot absorb nutrients, which is a function of the gut. Metabolism crashes if the body is starving from lack of those nutrients.
Infection and inflammation spread and take over if there are problems in the gut. Aging advances and the body breaks down too when… you guessed it: there are problems in the gut.
These problems are typically a function or symptom of intestinal permeability or, what is colloquially called, “leaky gut.” A leaky gut means things can get across the gut barrier that aren’t supposed to. This compromises the gut, leading to a compromised immune system and causing inflammation throughout the body. And that eventually leads to disease and autoimmune issues.
But the damage inflicted on your body is also a sign of the importance of your gut, because your gut is the source of a lot of great things too!
Did you know that researchers now believe that up to 90% of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps the brain control mood, is actually made in the digestive tract?
Your gut is also largely responsible for the state of your immune system. 80% of the immune system is housed in the tissues in and surrounding the gut.
So if the answer to your physical complaints and health problems is to heal your gut, why do most people still ignore this path to better health?

The answer is that most people feel confused, unsure where to start, or feel that healing the gut is far too complicated or difficult. You may feel the same way If you’ve ever glimpsed the research and the recommendations for healing your digestion. While the answer is a single system of your body, the pathway to healing it is a fair bit more complicated.
But not to worry. The good news is that the path to healing your gut and your entire body can be simplified. And we’ve cracked the code on a simple step-by-step healing protocol and diet plan that will transform your body and eradicate your most frustrating symptoms and challenges.
We’ll walk you through our protocol and diet plan in a minute. But first, let’s look at the actual obstacles holding you back from thriving health and optimal digestion…
Start the Course Now!There are 4 obstacles holding you back from healthy, optimal digestion (and the healthy, thriving body that goes with it):
-
Popular Foods Feed Systemic Infection
We never like to be the bearers of bad news, but the foods most popular to the American or Western diet are detrimental to gut health and will destroy your digestive ability. For starters, many of these foods weaken your immune system and provide a hotbed for systemic infections that can eventually invade the entire body. Inflammation, Autoimmune issues, weight gain and a host of other problems quickly become chronic when these foods are regularly eaten.
Such foods include sugar, gluten, casein (an indigestible protein found in all dairy), grains and starches that feed yeast (candida) such as rice, beans, white potatoes and sweet potatoes… and all processed foods or refined oils.
The problem with these foods is they cause intense cravings that are hard to battle on your own. How do you remove these foods from your diet without caving under the pressure of those cravings or feelings of deprivation? The answer lies in staging a multi-front attack across 7 universal factors of health, known as the Body Ecology 7 Universal Principles.

Rampant Invader Organisms Overtaking the Gut
Did you know that your body is home to more than 1 trillion microbes including bacteria, viruses and fungi? These tiny organisms outnumber your human cells 10 to one. So it’s no small matter to talk about how these invading organisms are affecting your body and health. There’s more of them in you, than you!
Luckily you can turn the internal tide to ensure that beneficial bacteria holds residence and prevents harmful organisms from colonizing. But don’t expect that it’s as easy as popping a probiotic pill every day. Not enough of the beneficial microflora in a pill will survive the trip through your stomach acids to make it into the digestive tract. Instead, you want to consistently eat probiotic rich foods and beverages.
Adding fermented foods and beverages to your diet will help begin to turn the tide. But only if you give the beneficial bacteria a fighting chance once they’ve made it into your gut. And that requires an alkaline environment, which brings us to the next obstacle…

Acidic Inner Environment Prevents Certain Chemical Reactions & Body Functions
Even slight changes to the body’s pH can profoundly affect body function and even prevent certain chemical reactions that can only occur at a specific pH. For example, a lowered muscle pH leads to a decrease in muscle permeability, which blocks nutrients from entering cells.
This compromises nutritional absorption and as the body becomes more acidic than alkaline, it becomes fertile ground for diseases to develop. Additionally, too much acidity may allow parasites, yeasts, cancer cells and other toxins to proliferate in the body.
What we begin to see is that an acidic environment encourages harmful invaders to flourish, which in turn compromises digestion. Foods rich in nutrients that can fight invaders, fortify the body and alkalize your inner environment cannot be adequately absorbed, and so the vicious cycle continues. Best of all, the secret to alkalizing your inner environment is to design your day-to-day diet around a specific type of food combination, as outlined in the Body Ecology Principle of Food Combining.

Stress Impairs Immunity & Digestion
Stress can be chemical, environmental, physical, or even mental. Stress includes lack of sleep, a cup of coffee in the morning, or overtraining at the gym.
When the body is stressed, it releases a hormone called cortisol. When cortisol is released in excess, the body becomes more acidic. The Body Ecology Principle of Acid and Alkaline tells us that when the body becomes acidic, it is prime real estate for pathogenic microorganisms. Remember, these are inflammatory agents and can lead to permeability.
High cortisol levels also indicate that the sympathetic nervous system, otherwise known as the fight-or-flight response, has been activated. When the sympathetic nervous system is constantly running, digestive function slows down considerably. When digestive function slows, this leads to unwanted fermentation in the gut and can also create a more acid state within gut.
