Course Objectives –
The main objective of this module is to review the aspects of motoric integration in human kind with emphasis on the applicableness of this information in the clinical chiropractic practice. Further discussion of the structure and function of the major volitional and non-volitional motor pathways. The function of the basal ganglia, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, brainstem and spinal cord will be discussed in relationship to the human motor system. Chiropractic applications specific to the diagnosis and treatment of both central and peripheral pathology will be covered.
