Learn how to create and consume estimates in Agile, Waterfall or mixed environments whether APM-BoK, PMBoK or local, company specific governance (or even if no defined structures) are in place around you. whether SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS etc. etc. et.al. 🙂

Be more confident in your project set-up and control. Be able to articulate WHY do it this way, HOW to do it, WHO does what and when for reliable and lightweight estimating that fits the estimate user’s purpose and the project current status and context. Be in control.
