10 years ago Stuart MacDonald made the now famous documentary “I Want To Look Like That Guy”. The film inspired millions and was the answer people were looking for. However much in our society has changed since then. The economy crashed, incomes have plummeted, homes abandoned, lives shattered, long commutes to work, more job stress than ever before and rampant type 2 Diabetes. 

The story picks up where Stuart is now. His body is much older and fatter than ever. He’s gone through a bankruptcy, went back to college, had 4 jobs, moved 4 times, and found himself trapped living a sedentary lifestyle behind a desk and disillusioned. The question Stuart wants answered is can a middle-age man working a desk job with little free time, turn the clock back in 6 months and look like that guy again in a changed world? Follow Stu on his quest to get fit again, fulfill his dream of doing magic on the big stage and compete in an Iron Man contest.
