Fibonacci traders who want to open positions using pending orders must possess and use this tool (limit order). OPERATING PROCEDURE STANDARD (SOP)
• The SOP is really clear and straightforward. The system will detect the presence of:
Dominant Break or Initial Break (DB)
Candle Break 1 (CB1) – denoted by a blue or red X symbol (Actually B point of previous ABC pattern)
Retest
• The SOP is complete when all three prerequisites are satisfied. Fibo lines will show on the chart to indicate the entry point (EP) and take profit (TP) levels.
• If this basic guideline is followed, the likelihood of a successful transaction is in the upper quartile (>80%). SOP and Financial Management
• Never trade against the market’s trend. Always await SOP.
• The SOP is valid as long as no CS closes over the Monitor Trade threshold.
SIMPLE ADVICE;
Always take profit at the TP 1 level for consistent profit. Look to the left on the chart; if the price hits TP 2 or TP 3, it typically means the trend cycle has ended (it is time to reverse), therefore this zone can also be an entry opportunity. On higher time frames, always use auto fibo to check the trend.
