Your Instructors
Laura Wood is the creator of & She Moves, a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and Pilates program offering women classes, personal sessions and workshops. Laura specializes in core and pelvic floor retraining and is a Bellies Inc Core Confidence Specialist. Laura has been teaching and working – mamas for over 12 years in the Toronto area and the mother of two wonderfully energetic boys.
Dara Bergeron is the head trainer and founder of Belly Bootcamp. Dara has been offering personal sessions and classes to mamas in the Toronto area for over 8 years and draws on her experience as a Precision Nutrition coach – her 18 years of experience to bring her clients the best experience possible. Dara is the mother of 3 wildly adorable kids!
