Over the course of your life you may have picked up some unhelpful ideas about who you are and what you deserve. Many people experience feelings of doubt and wonder if they are ‘good enough’. These concerns can often paralyze people and prevent them from going for the things they want in life; whether that is in work, in love or in any other area of life. This track provides a new way of thinking about yourself and repeated listening will allow you to feel better, stronger, happier, more in control and more optimistic than you may have felt in a very long time.

GENERATING ABUNDANCE

There is a part of your mind that knows that there is an unlimited amount of abundance in the world but there is another part of your mind that may have picked up fears and doubts around your ability to have enough money. These fears and negative beliefs can be picked up from family, peers or from the people around you. They can create a programme that runs at the back of your mind and this programme creates a self- fulfilling prophecy. Meaning that if you believe, deep down, that you will never have enough, then that is exactly what you will experience and even if money comes to you, you will find a way to lose it as soon as it comes in.
