When Delta Publishing and I set out to create this book, we began by asking instructors what they wanted to see in a TOEFL prep book that they had not seen in any other. They said they wanted a book that focused on questions that appear on the TOEFL, with a lot of material to choose from, discussion of tricks students need to know, and activities to build communicative skills–all delivered in a reader-friendly format. We have tried in our course book to give our users what they want.
