I used to train JKD for 4 years throughout highschool. This is an awesome video that shows the effectivness and fluidity of it. Definitely going to have to start training again, I definitely feel like there’s a void and fighting fills it. Lifting and fucking isn’t enough, fighting is amazing.

This is a pretty old school video but the content is fucking awesome. Paul Vunak is an absolute bad ass, trained the navy seals for many years and is definitely one of the top teachers for street fights.
