Module 2: Negotiating the Mind’s Defenses
The parts that offer the most resistance are there for your safety; they make powerful enemies but also powerful allies. You’ll learn how to enroll your risk-averse parts in supporting your transformation efforts.

- Familiarity with the key guardians of your psyche
- Skill at negotiating with any part that stands in your way
- An understanding of the key conditions that will allow you to transform yourself into a powerful agent for actualizing your purpose
Module 3: Dispelling Fear & Resistance
Fearful parts have endless capacity to block your progress towards your dreams. They undermine relationships, question your faith, block transformation, and sabotage the manifestation of your purpose. In fact, internal resistance is a far more potent cause of failure than any external obstacle. Trying to overpower it produces short-term gains, at best.
In this session, you’ll gain:
- The ability to identify internal resistance and trace it to its source
- A powerful tool that can remove fear and resistance to any goal, vision, dream or purpose

Module 4: Transforming Your Parts
What if you could change any part of you? What if your inner critic stopped attacking and undermining you? Any pattern, habit or trait that blocks your progress can be transformed. Every part of you, even the ones you hate the most, are potential allies — tools for you to use in changing the world and creating the life you long for.
In this session, you’ll gain:

Module 5: Reframing Your Core Wound
Your sacred wound and the patterns that arose from it are both your greatest blessing and your greatest curse. Learn how your psyche was constructed and the key role that your wounding played in that process.
In this session, you’ll gain:
- Clarity about how your psyche developed, and how your core wound contributed to that process
- An understanding of the feelings and patterns that may be keeping you from being truly free
- A path to transforming your inner “wounded child,” freeing you to live your purpose
Module 6: Navigating the Limitless Unconscious
With your newfound tools, you’re ready to explore your inner universe. Beyond the psychology of your ego parts lies a world of archetypes, inner wisdom and sacred sources that can empower and guide you in unimaginable ways.
