Tony Nec – Level 1 Foundations in Sound Healing With Voice Course

On this intensive, you’ll dive deeply into the healing vibrations of voice!

You’ll spend 2 days in an interactive learning environment, with talks and demonstrations from an expert teacher combined with hands-on practice sessions.

You’ll learn the knowledge, skills and techniques to work effectively with your voice in sound healing with both individual clients and with groups.

You’ll also learn advanced techniques that you can integrate into an existing therapy or healing practice.

By the end of the intensive you’ll have the confidence to immediately start working at a high-level with your voice.

Day 1

• Overview: sound healing with voice for one-on-one sessions and with groups, such as in yoga classes and retreats; sound meditations; sound baths etc
• Benefits of sound healing with your voice
• Vocal health & warm-up exercises
• How to develop natural harmonics / overtones in your voice
• The 5 phases of sound healing with vocal toning and techniques appropriate to each phase
• Balancing the chakras with your voice

Day 2

• How to work with the Taoist Six Healing Sounds
• Mantras / words of power for healing – drawn from diverse  wisdom traditions
• The 5 stages of chant and techniques appropriate for each stage
• Grounding techniques
• Practice giving and receiving vocal sound healing
