If you have ever been at a loss on how to educate your staff on wound or stoma care, this is the session for you! We will give you the creative insight on how to create staff education that is fun. You will learn that there is more to education than just lecture! This session will include budget-friendly DIY tools that you can take back to your facility and implement without breaking the bank!

Session Objectives

1. List 3 teaching formats/methods that can be utilized to educate your staff
2. Make a “wound” or “stoma” model from the recipe included in the workbook
3. Create your own wound care education game with the format provided
