Clark Kegley has a program, My Best Journal 2.0, that allows you to teach yourself through the artful magic (you know it’s not really magic, right?) of journaling.

Who is Clark Kegley?
Clark is a regular guy who is into a lot of regular things. He was once laid off and facing a ton of student loan debt.
He’s a fitness enthusiast—both physical and mental. Clark knows that’s especially important to those who live with depression.
Kegley is a drummer, a coach, writer, and video producer. He’s got a podcast and a YouTube channel, and lots of fans and supporters.
Clark went to Seattle Pacific University and spends his time these days helping others pursue and achieve the kind of lives they want.
He’s the creator and developer of MyBestJournal.
What exactly is My Best Journal? Why do I need it?
It’s a method for self-coaching. Teaching yourself to make and reach goals that will take you to places you want to go.
How much time do you spend on things you have to do? How much time is left where you could accomplish goals, but most often spend relaxing, watching TV, or going online?
When you use this program, you’ll watch the videos. Each one will help you set up your own journal to meet your own needs.
Not sure you’re doing it right? You can hang out in Members Only online portals to talk to people with the same goals as you.
