Dr. Wanda Lee MacPhee has been involved in the chiropractic profession for 20 years with provincial and national experience in both the regulatory and professional association roles in chiropractic.
A practice consultant, speaker and group facilitator, she has worked to facilitate practices that grow into their potential. She is one of 15 chiropractors in Canada to be awarded the Canadian Chiropractic Association Medal of Merit.
Inspirational quote – The difference between great people and everyone else is that great people create their lives actively, while everybody else is created by their lives, passively waiting to see where life takes them next. The difference between the two is the difference between living fully and just existing.
Alternative Practice – Epigenetics.
Action step – Sit down and make a visual plan for your longevity. Visualize yourself at 100 or 90 or 80 or 70, and visualize that vibrancy. Believe that that’s going to be possible. That inspiration of knowing where you want to be, seeing yourself engaged with your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren for all of those years, and seeing the contribution that you can make in the world by living longer, will provide the fuel for making a better decision today.
