Eight Piece Brocades (ba-duan-jin) is an eight-part , centuries-old Chinese exercise suitable for all ages.  It is a traditional Chinese medicine and a clinically proven health exercise for improving your immune system, strengthening your inner organs’ function, and balancing your inner energy flow.  This is the traditional/original version before Chinese Health Qigong Association’s contemporary synchronized version.  Master Tsao presents demonstration first and teaches in English with plenty of repetitions for each posture.  It is a easy to follow practice.  It is a good reference for home study, or a resource for instructor’s teaching preparation.  Suggest 30 class hours.
