What You’ll Discover in These 7 Weeks
Course sessions are on Tuesdays at 5:00pm Pacific.
In this 7-week transformational intensive, Sandra and Evelyn will guide you through the fundamental spiritual skills and competencies you’ll need to successfully reclaim your humanness and feel deeply connected to the Earth, cosmos, and the hearts all around you — in a visceral, experiential way.
This course will feature LIVE teachings, experiential guided journeys, and ceremonies with Sandra and Evelyn. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to learn shamanic practices for rediscovering your innate capabilities for self-healing and helping to heal and evolve the planet.
Module 1: The Inner Landscape as a Tree
Reclaiming Your Shamanic Perception (July 24)
Becoming fully human starts with reclaiming the shamanic way of being: focusing on harmony and balance, being in reverent participatory relationship with all things, and in a state of love and gratitude. It also includes performing offering ceremonies.
To reclaim this way of being, we have to understand ourselves better, because the more power we draw to ourselves, the more we need to continue to refine our inner landscape and tap into supportive energies.
This week, you’ll discover:
How the World Tree is a reflection of our inner world tree
The difference between how power can be used for healing and transformation versus for perceived control over others
How to tap into supportive energies that can help you maintain your strength and power to draw in the energies you wish to experience in your life and for the world
How to create a pristine collective field of energy for our group, which also uplifts the collective energies in the world
The collective space course participants as a group will set up to work in during and outside of sessions
Module 2: Awakening to Your Ways of Being
Revealing Your Subconscious Beliefs (July 31)
This week, you’ll learn to identify your subconscious beliefs, including self-sabotaging patterns. This includes examining the projections you place on others. You’ll explore these habitual ways of thinking as well as how to heal them through daily rituals that can release non-productive ways of thinking.
This week, you’ll discover:
How to work with habitual thought patterns that perpetuate ways of behaving that sabotage your efforts to live as your authentic Self
How to examine unhealthy projections you place on others
That your life is a product of your perceptions
How to work with the power of compassionate observation
How to perceive the world around you from your spiritual heart versus your physical heart
How all energy as neutral and how we can use all the energy in the collective for doing good work in the world
Module 3: Feelings & Light Consciousness
Activating Your Ability for Self-healing (August 7)
Scientific research validates that our feelings influence our DNA. Blending this knowledge with shamanic practice, you’ll learn how to move into a state of “coherence,” which can open up communication between your cells and your inner blueprint of how to heal yourself.
This week, you’ll discover:
How your emotions affect your DNA
Ways to open up the lines of communication between your cells so you have access to your inherent blueprint to heal yourself
How to experience your radiantly divine, higher consciousness
How your divine light communicates with the Light of All That Is
How to cultivate and use the spiritual energy we gain as we embrace our true identity within
Module 4: Creation & Manifestation
Entering the Flow of Life (August 14)
Why is it that we often attempt to hold a tight grip on life and the outcomes we wish for, instead of entering into its flow? We also tend to separate out and celebrate particular phases of our life in the same way we might celebrate the full moon and new moon — but not the phases in between that lead up to its fullness and newness.
It’s the nature of our ego that disconnects us from the River of Life, and during this session, we’ll learn ways to let go our grip and open to the flowing cycle of life that’s always there and waiting for us to join it.
This week, you’ll discover:
How we try to control our lives instead of fully entering into the flow of life
How the natural elements can be allies for us, teaching us about flow versus control
Your stories that anchor you to the past and prevent you from creating the goodness in life
How to repair old stories that need to be healed
How to become a “master gardener” and work with the unseen worlds to create a virtual community garden together, where we can plant seeds of love, light, peace, and inspiration to support us and the world in years to come
The root of scarcity consciousness and learn how to work with the shamanic territory called the void which only reflects back how we tap into the abundance in the universe
Module 5: The Divine Feminine
Developing Your ‘Art of Being’ (August 21)
The Divine Feminine teaches us how to change our presence in the world. The Feminine represents the “art of being” and how we can change what is happening in the outer world by dropping into our own feminine power to become a natural healing presence in the world.
You’ll learn about the mythical giantess Gullveig, and how she was transformed into a great seer. Her story teaches us how to dissolve issues we came into this lifetime with, including our present personality misconceptions and psychic beliefs that limit future possibilities for our lives.
This week, you’ll discover:
How you can work with the Divine Feminine to transform your form
The giantess, Gullveig, and how she transformed into a great shaman/seer
The power in “dismembering” erroneous past, present, and future beliefs about yourself and the world
How to release, through the shamanic practice of dismemberment, what holds you back from experiencing your full being
Module 6: Ancestral Allies
Creating a Healthy Connection With Benevolent Healers (August 28)
Shamanic cultures work with ancestors is seen as vital to the health and strength of the community. In the western world, we often reject the belief that our ancestors can be spirit allies for us, as we tend to align more with what we did not receive in our family system.
Even today, shamans in indigenous cultures are doing more ancestral work with people who come to them seeking healing, understanding that a healthy connection with our ancestors creates a healthy way of life for us and can help us enter more fully into life’s flow.
This week, you’ll discover:
The importance of working with our ancestors as allies
How your ancestors can help you enter into the flow of life
How our ancestors can inform us on important decisions we make in life
How to create an ancestor bundle with small stone or beans
Module 7: Imagining a New World
Discovering the Impact of Your Energy Waves (September 4) (Pre-recorded)
When one energy wave contacts another, it enters into a positive feedback loop where each wave affects — and is affected by — the other. What this means is that, through interactions with different beings, the invisible, radiant part of you has the capacity to change and evolve. And as you evolve and change, you affect all the beings around you! This is why it is who we are that changes the world. And these changes become more tangibly permanent when they are also supported by physical actions.
We are radiant beings who also live in a physical world — one that we want to preserve and renew for future generations.
During our last week together, you’ll discover:
What happens when one energy wave contacts another
How energy changes our interactions with other living beings
How to embrace your new more fully human self
Teachings and messages from Isis and Grandmother
How to close a circle for the present, but keep our unseen sacred space open for continued personal and collective work …
