ShootBoxing is the art of blending striking and grappling into one integrated system. This instructional course is designed for instructors who want to enhance the skills of current students, while keeping things interesting and increasing retention, as well as for advanced students looking to improve in all ranges of fighting.

Using striking templates from Muay Thai, takedown entries from wrestling, and ground control concepts from submission wrestling, our mission is to help you teach and cultivate the ultimate ShootBox Fighter.
